The studio features cold plunge tubs, infrared saunas, and a calming Zen Den where guests can unplug, recharge, and enjoy a moment of intentional rest.
Founded by a mindfulness meditation teacher and passionate cold water enthusiast, Plunge + Restore was created to be a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space that promotes self-compassion, empowerment, and community connection. Every aspect of the experience is designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with themselves, and prioritize their wellness.
In addition to cold plunge and sauna sessions, Plunge + Restore offers restorative yoga, sound bath meditations, and special Wellness Weekend experiences.
